Southwest Vintage Heart Necklace and Heart Pierced Earrings Set | 925 Sterling Silver with Green Jasper Semi-Precious Stones

This heart necklace with matching pierced earrings are from my personal collection and was purchased in the l990s. On the back on each is the 925 mark for “Sterling Silver,” although on the necklace it’s quite tiny and hard to see. I believe, but am not positive, the stones are green jasper with decorative yellow glass cabochons. The chain is marked “Italy” and “925.”
The set is in very good vintage condition with limited wear over the years. They have a rich, warm patina, which I happen to find charming on vintage sterling jewelry. But of course, like all sterling, it can be polished.
The earrings are made for pierced ears and have a substantial feel and unique charm, and are well made, as is the necklace. From the top to the bottom, they measure 1.25” are .5 wide, and .25 deep. The necklace heart measures 2.25” long from its loop and 1” wise. The chain is 24”.
This lovely set, with its semi-precious stones, is timeless and offers a causal elegant Southwestern flair to any look. The pictures provide a greater perspective on their vintage condition and unique beauty. (Note: I have a red camera and on some pictures you can see its shadow.)
